identified — The team identified a host crash followed by Docker Desktop's WSL2 backend failing to mount its virtual disk because access was denied. Recovery work is in progress. This incident is not resolved.Aug 24, 7:13 PM

resolved — Service was restored after correcting Docker WSL virtual-disk ownership metadata and starting the platform through UNAXIS. Core, auth, Tank, database health, and the independent status endpoint returned HTTP 200. A host doctor now checks the disk path and ownership and prints a scoped recovery procedure without automatically restarting WSL or Docker or modifying the virtual disks.Aug 24, 8:11 PM
